I usually grind my own shrooms to make my own capsules. This was such a good way to save me time! First off not only there was 100mg shroom for microdosing I also got the ginseng the extra ingredient that really made a big difference. Took it as instructed in the AM and throughout the day I was focus in everything I was doing. I truly believe in microdosing and this was such a good way to do it. I will def try to buy the rest of the line that they carry.
