Registration helps customers gain reward points to use on their next order. Customers will also be able pick freebies at checkout.
Orders
All orders will be place through our store online. This way we are able to keep track of all customers orders. We are not accepting any orders made through text message.
Currently our minimum spending order is $50 after coupon or promo. Maximum orders are unlimited.
We are not doing any local pick ups. We are a delivery service that will be able to meet you at the given location you provide us.
Please send us a text message as soon as possible before we send our delivery man to you.
Delivery
Yes, that is correct all our deliveries are FREE!
Our main delivery areas are: All of Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond and Surrey
We had recently expanded to the following cities:
Abbotsford, Delta, Mission, Port Moody, Langley, White Rock and Maple Ridge.
(The recently added locations listed above requires a minimum spend of $100, and orders going out that way, will require a bit more time for us to have it delivered to you. Please be aware of these conditions before placing your order with us.)
We are currently delivering from 12:30pm – 8pm every day
There will be some occasions where we will be able to take orders after 8pm (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
After your order has been placed, and have selected your desire time. We will have your order arrive between those times that was selected. In rare occasions, we may be a bit delayed due to traffic.
All orders are delivered by our highly trained and friendly drivers. Each order is carefully-picked, then delivered to you by one of our drivers. Our team will do their best to follow any order/delivery instructions you provide. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have a special request or need more information about our delivery process.
Payments
At this moment we are accepting e-transfer before we send out our delivery human and cash upon delivery. Please have exact change as our delivery human do not carry any cash when they make deliveries.
All orders are final sale. Please go over your cart before checking out to make sure everything runs smoothly.
