Oh sweet day it is! these really did have an affect on my mood as stated! I didn’t want to spend the money on them but was so desperate to get rid of the unknown misery in my life and read up on a lot of microdosing so hey I thought why not. Here’s what I did for the past month with these, I took it every other day, for the days I took the pill it def boosted my mood. For the days I did not take them I noticed there wasn’t any effects in mood boosting or even feeling any sadness I guess its sort of working on my days off on them. Might be a lingering affect from the day before that was taken. I still have half a bottle left will try their other option in taking the pills straight 4 days. If anyone is curious come back to this post I’ll def be doing a review on option 2.

Hi i’m back! Im a real advocate on these! They really have changed my life. As stated before that I will be doing a review on taking these pills on a different schedule instead of taking them every other day I took them every day for 4 days straight and 3 days off. I find that on my 2nd day off microdosing I find myself not too upbeat as I was when I was taking them every other day. I’m going to go to back to my schedule of taking them every other day. This was a good experience will be a customer for life I will be trying their other category maybe Boost next. I hope i helped someone with this review even just 1 person it would make my day
